OR Union Contracts

ORUnionContracts.com is a free digital library of collective bargaining agreements between government employers and labor unions representing public employees in Oregon State. These documents determine the wages, benefits and working conditions of union-represented public employees. They also affect the operations of government entities providing services related to education, public safety, infrastructure, health care, regulations and social services.

The library contains more than 2,000 current collective bargaining agreements in searchable Portable Document Format (PDF).

The purpose of the library is to:

• Allow members of the public to more easily access union contracts, learn how these important policy documents affect government services, and hold elected officials accountable for negotiating sustainable contracts that advance the public interest.
• Aid public employers by permitting them to know how their agreements compare to others.
• Permit public policy researchers to analyze and compare various types of contract provisions.
